The Truth Behind The RipOff Report!

How many times have you dealt with the “ripoff report”?

I mean seriously.. in the Home Based Business industry I promise I hear about it every other day.

You may be thinking.. every other day.. REALLY??

Yes.. because I’m reaching new people every day.  People who have had horrific experiences in the Home Based Business industry.

See the thing about the ripoff report is that it is basically like this.. follow me now..

You are out chasing your dreams.. you come across a stranger! Let me clarify.  A stranger is somebody you do not know.

A person that has not asked you not one question.. they just SEE your hunger.

They do ALL the talking.. never listening to you.

They basically talk you into chasing your dreams with them..

You follow them.. never doing any research.. yet your dream is still in front of you.

All of a sudden you get this feeling in your gut.. because you realize you have invested money..

Yet you can’t see the same kind of investment taking place from the stranger.

Then it happens.. you notice that they are asking you to do something that they are not doing.

Finally you make the decision to quit following them.. you do your research just to find out.. you missed the ripoff report up front.

At this point you place your dreams on the back burner.. yet you are still looking for way out.

You seem somebody that you like.. you see they are living the dreams you sat down.. you decide you may join them..

Then you say.. “Show me the RipOff Report!”

Holding On To The RipOff Report Will Do This!

At this moment the Leader that you are following is confused.. here let me give you a visual of what happens when you do not let go of the RipOff Report of your past!

It’s basically like you joyfully walking into a prison..

Placing yourself in a cell..

Locking the door..

And throwing the key through the bars..

Yes.. it’s like locking yourself up for doing what??? Chasing your dreams..

Look.. I”m not saying that the ripoff report isn’t valid.. what I’m saying is..

All and all we have all been burned by the elusive ripoff report.. yet the question really isn’t “blah blah blah.. how do I know you are not going to rip me off?”

The question is “what are YOU going to do in order to stop letting your past hold you back?”

What matters most is what are you going to do RIGHT NOW!!

You’ve probably read this statement from me before.. yet my Pastors always says we don’t need a miracle, we only need a memory.

Your testimony says that you went through a trial and you overcame.

Your story can not only give life back to you.. yet to everyone who hears it.

I’m a strong believer that some of the trials I go through are because God knows I’m strong enough to make it through and tell about it in order to save another life.

I know that sounds pretty deep.. So Shalonda.. you are saying that God sends you through trials so that your testimony can SAVE A LIFE!!

Absolutely.. you never know what a person is going through.. and when you share your story about how you overcame, can possible save that person from making a crazy decision.

I don’t know about you.. yet for me there have been times when I couldn’t think of a testimony.

Felt like I had been in the valley for a long time.. yet at those moments I reach for the testimonies of others.  The testimonies of others give me that needed strength to keep pushing forward.

Something to consider next time you are keeping one of your many testimonies to yourself.

I mean I know you’re a single mom of 2 today.. with 2 baby daddies.. yet really how did you change.. cuz change ain’t easy!!

It can hurt…

It can make you feel out of place…

It can make you feel straight crazy!!

Yet you know what.. that’s ok.. it simply tells you.. that you were meant for something different… something better!!

See these two pictures are full of love and smiles.. innocent.. or maybe not so innocent girls simply loving every moment of life.

We did what we wanted to do when we wanted to do it!

We enjoyed every second.

Sacrifice was not something we experienced.

We simply loved doing exactly what we wanted..

Did we regret it???

I believe if you ask any of us the answer would be NO!!

We had the times of our lives.. I was in 10th grade in the red, and in 8th grade in the white and gray.

If you can’t tell who I am.. well get some glasses like me.. *hint*.. lol.

The future was in front of us.. and it was ours for the taking.

I could tell you where each of the ladies in these pictures is today.. yet I believe that is their story to tell.. So I will simply tell you about me.

At this moment in time..

I had no idea what the change that makes money would be in my life, as it is different for each person.

It depends a lot on how we were raised.

The Change That Makes Money Becomes Clearer Over The Years!

Yet, let me be completely honest.. once I realized the change that makes money, it doesn’t mean I ran into change mode!!

NO, actually I tried every detour I could locate.

Why?

Well the change that makes money simply seemed like something I really was not willing to do at that time.

See most people thing that changes that make money are all about technique.

Well, I’m here to tell you that frame of thought couldn’t be further from the truth.

The change that makes money is more internal.

It’s more about your mindset, about your character. Here is another picture of a few of my friends.. it was a few years ago.. yet we’ve known each other since we were like 12 years old.. lol..

Every Change Is Worth It When It Makes Money And Brings Indescribable Joy!

After a life of many smiles.. many tears.. many changes.. many sacrifices.. and many New understandings..

There comes that moment when you can not take your past experiences for granted.

Are they always bad?

No!

They were awesome, yet some didn’t always end so well.

For me, I personally have two lovely girls yet I still live a single life.

Do I credit that from making poor decisions in my past?

That is a hard one to answer, because honestly if I was placed in the same situation again, knowing that it would end up like this..

I would do it exactly the same way!

Yet I live in the now!!

I live for a better tomorrow, and I made my decisions based on who I am.. no apologies, no regrets.

Only Joy.. See today.. I’m a stay at home single mom!

Yes single.. yet I love my life..

I love me..

and I love those around me.

I’ve been in relationships where I felt like crap and didn’t have any joy!!

So I rather stand where I am now..

When I tell you I would have never imagined my life would be what it is today!

Yet you are thinking Shalonda why write this now!

Well, I had another experience today.. where I had to give up something that I honestly WANT!

Yet, experience shows me that there are certain things simply not meant for me!

And I have to be okay with that.

See through all this change I’ve realized one very important thing!!

I’m grateful, and I’m okay with where I am.. and I also know that the best is yet to come!!

I’m writing this NOW!!

Because someone needs to know that no matter what it seems like you are giving up.. there is so much more for you!!

And honestly it may feel like you are giving something up..

Yet if it is meant for you..

It will still be there when the time is right, so never feel like you are giving something up.. you are only making room for it to be better when the time comes!!

Tremendous Faith That Changes How I Believe

Faith That Moves Mountains

Is there room for Faith in your business?

Well, if you haven’t asked yourself this question, you should.

Do you honestly have “Faith” that your business will succeed?

Well let’s start with the definition of Faith.

Webster dictionary states that Faith is a firm belief in something for which there is no proof and something that is believed especially with strong conviction.

The Holy Bible states that Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).

Now back to the initial question. Is there room for Faith in your business?

Absolutely, you really can’t have a successful business without faith.

Many times we run into our business with one focus… the “payday”.

We follow the steps given to us, rather right or wrong in hopes of that “payday”.

Now, your “payday” may be a vacation for your family, it may be a physical check, it may be a desire to belong… either way whatever the “payday”.. we run toward it with blinders.

Then that day comes along when everything that can go right doesn’t, and everything that can go wrong does.

You are stuck in a position when you have to decide rather that “payday” is worth the trouble.

You have to decide rather you are going to continue on this uncomfortable journey for a “payday” that you have never seen.

That “payday” that you don’t even know exist. All of a sudden a need for faith has peaked in your business.

When Faith In Business Is All You Are Missing The Change Is Clear

Faith is so important in business that Napoleon Hill dedicated Step 2 in Think and Grow Rich to Faith.

Mr. Hill stated that, “Faith is the starting point of all accumulation of riches!”

Once you decided to go into business, you basically made a decision to believe in something that did not yet exist.

You had the Faith to push forward. Sometimes we are side tracked and we forget that our Faith can take us through any situation.

Even Napoleon Hill points out that without Faith you have basically skipped a VERY important step in finding success in your business.

Now that you know Faith is necessary in order to have success in business, how much Faith do you have?

In Matthew 17:20 Jesus stated,

“if you have Faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.”

Now that is powerful.

The Ability To Build Powerful Faith In Your Life And Business Will Change You And How You Deal With Everything Around You.

 

Each day I wake up and begin my day knowing that my Faith will take me to the next step of success in my business.

I’m reminded daily of the reasons why I’m building a business.

Why I’m a business owner.

Why I do not have to clock in to a boss each day.

How am I reminded, you may ask..

Well, I have a list written out that states about 15 reasons why I am in business for myself.

I add to it every time I cross an accomplishment off of it.

All of the items listed are things that are “unseen”.

Yet, as I cross items off I’m reminded that there was once a day when I could not see those items.

If you find yourself getting stuck and not able to overcome an obstacle that makes it appear as though the things you are having Faith for are too hard to attain, simply complete the faith assignment below.

Faith Assignment:

1. Write out a list of everything you are having faith for

2. Make the List DETAILED

3. Included EVERYTHING on this list.. from the biggest thing to the smallest thing. The thing you have the hardest to have faith with..to the thing.. you know will happen.

4. Keep this list in a place where you can look at it everyday.  (Not to discourage you of what has not happened.. yet to motivate you about what WILL happen.)

5. Cross off items as they manifest.

6. Leave a comment here telling a few things you are manifesting through faith.

Remember without Faith you would not have made it this far, so hold on to your Faith to reach the top of the next mountain.

Stunning Truth About What Happens When You Let Go Of The Rope

Let Go Of the Rope!

How many times have you heard this phrase..if ever? Well I have heard it many times, and honestly I have let go of the rope many many times.

Sometimes I wonder how I’m actually visible with all the times I’ve let go of the rope.

See it is really easy to see somebody else holding on for dear life to a state of mind, an idea, a misunderstanding, or simply holding on to lack of understanding.

Yet we have to take time to look in the mirror and see where in our lives we need to let go of the rope.

I just recently Let Go Of The Rope and it felt like the picture below…

I felt FREE..

and then I thought WHAT DID I JUST DO!!!

Yet ultimately..

there was no going back.. can’t fly..

so I just went with it..

and honestly I have never felt so FREE in my life..

Is it your time to let go of the rope?

What do I mean when I say let go of the rope?

Is fear holding you trapped in your current circumstances?

If so..

Let Go Of The Rope!

Are you in a job where you have exhausted all of the areas available for growth, and you know that you are far from finish growing?

If so.. Let Go Of The Rope! Are you in a relationship that you know is not healthy for you? If so.. Let Go Of The Rope!

Yes.. you may have Let Go Of The Rope before.. no one said there was just one rope..

I realized this time around that I have let go of many ropes before.. and you know what.. that is okay.

If you have let go of ropes before then remember the Freedom on the other side of that thing. Focus on the end game.

Focus on the joy of knowing that you are strong enough to step into your FREEDOM.

See many of us are tied down by choice.

Yet I know you reading this post are not one of those.

Many are too afraid to step into their destiny..

I know that is not you.

Many will not have the strength to simply Let Go Of The Rope and will continue in the cycle that they are currently in..

I know that is not you.

You have power, you have great things to accomplish, you have people whose lives will not change until you decide to Let Go Of The Rope.

So a few weeks ago I invested in my education. Now at the moment I made the investment, I had no idea what direction this training would take me.

I only knew what my end game looked like.

I knew the information being offered could take me to the next level, as I had yet to accomplish a few vital bench marks of my journey.

As I jumped into this course.. realizing that it works for ANY business.. ANY niche.. ANY lifestyle.. I began to get excited..

Because what ever I decide to do.. what  ever direction I decide to go in.. this course will guide me there.

It’s simply made a curvy road straight… yet not by telling me the newest marketing technique.. yet I will get into that in a second.

 What The Top Producer Realizes That Changes Everything In A Moment!

What I found in Module 2 of the 13 Module content rich Top Producer Formula is that my beliefs are hindering my success.

Yet not only that.. I learned the 14 steps to changing my beliefs that were not productive for me, and I’m going to get your started here!

First.. I picked a belief that I desired to change.

That belief was “When I work hard on my business, I do not see the same kind of amazing results as I see when I work hard for a paycheck!”

Then I took this belief and took it through the 14 steps that change a belief.

Step 1: Positive Intention – Basically every belief initially is created for a positive reason.. even though that reason may counter ones actual goals. In my situation.. with this belief I always had great success in any situation where I generated a paycheck.. which let’s be honest.. I started working at that age of 15.. and didn’t start my first business until the age of 19. To take it even further I didn’t realize I believed this until around 21 months ago when I became a full time internet marketer.

Step 2: Redefining – Basically I took this belief and redefined them. So in my situation I redefined the reason I worked hard because my character is one where I give my best in every situation, not just when a paycheck is on the line.  Truth be told, when ever I’ve made a decision to do something I give it my all.

Step 3: Consequences – What is the negative consequences of continuing to believe this thing that you believe? What are the positive consequences of changing it? What positive outcomes is this belief having in your life? What is it producing that is actually positive for you? In my situation the consequences are that I do not have great results when I go HARD in my business, which affects the way I’m able to take care of my family in a negative way.. so this belief must change. This belief is not having any positive outcome in my life.. as I no longer work for a paycheck, I’m working in my own business full time. Therefore it is not producing anything positive for me right now.

Step 4: Chunk Down – Going into more specific detail is chunking down. In my situation.. I took the belief and chunked it down to a specific job where I generated a raise because I worked so well.  So basically the harder I worked the more I accomplished and the more I made per hour.

Step 5: Chunk Up – Going into more abstract focus is chunking up. In my situation.. The abstract outcome, was less time for my family. I also had less time to enjoy what I made.  Finally if I wasn’t able to keep up that pace of working it effected my ability to earn even more.

Step 6: Counter Example – This is something that disproves your belief. It proves another belief that you want. In my situation I gave myself the example of the freedom I received from working at home.. plus the fact that my most profitable days financially were days that immediately followed moments of time when I put focused work into my business. So the harder I worked on my business the more I made, even on days that I did not work as hard.

My life will never be the same now that I know how to really target and change beliefs that are not productive for me.
