 What The Top Producer Realizes That Changes Everything In A Moment!

What I found in Module 2 of the 13 Module content rich Top Producer Formula is that my beliefs are hindering my success.

Yet not only that.. I learned the 14 steps to changing my beliefs that were not productive for me, and I’m going to get your started here!

First.. I picked a belief that I desired to change.

That belief was “When I work hard on my business, I do not see the same kind of amazing results as I see when I work hard for a paycheck!”

Then I took this belief and took it through the 14 steps that change a belief.

Step 1: Positive Intention – Basically every belief initially is created for a positive reason.. even though that reason may counter ones actual goals. In my situation.. with this belief I always had great success in any situation where I generated a paycheck.. which let’s be honest.. I started working at that age of 15.. and didn’t start my first business until the age of 19. To take it even further I didn’t realize I believed this until around 21 months ago when I became a full time internet marketer.

Step 2: Redefining – Basically I took this belief and redefined them. So in my situation I redefined the reason I worked hard because my character is one where I give my best in every situation, not just when a paycheck is on the line.  Truth be told, when ever I’ve made a decision to do something I give it my all.

Step 3: Consequences – What is the negative consequences of continuing to believe this thing that you believe? What are the positive consequences of changing it? What positive outcomes is this belief having in your life? What is it producing that is actually positive for you? In my situation the consequences are that I do not have great results when I go HARD in my business, which affects the way I’m able to take care of my family in a negative way.. so this belief must change. This belief is not having any positive outcome in my life.. as I no longer work for a paycheck, I’m working in my own business full time. Therefore it is not producing anything positive for me right now.

Step 4: Chunk Down – Going into more specific detail is chunking down. In my situation.. I took the belief and chunked it down to a specific job where I generated a raise because I worked so well.  So basically the harder I worked the more I accomplished and the more I made per hour.

Step 5: Chunk Up – Going into more abstract focus is chunking up. In my situation.. The abstract outcome, was less time for my family. I also had less time to enjoy what I made.  Finally if I wasn’t able to keep up that pace of working it effected my ability to earn even more.

Step 6: Counter Example – This is something that disproves your belief. It proves another belief that you want. In my situation I gave myself the example of the freedom I received from working at home.. plus the fact that my most profitable days financially were days that immediately followed moments of time when I put focused work into my business. So the harder I worked on my business the more I made, even on days that I did not work as hard.

True Confessions Of A Single Mom’s Celibacy

A Single Mom’s Celibacy is Not All That Uncommon

It’s funny how whenever I mention living a life of celibacy…

people look at my daughters and then look back at me with that…

“Yeah.. right!”

Look.. you know what I’m talking about.. that look like because I already have children, that I can’t live a life of Celibacy.

Little do they know..

There are several single moms. that understand a Single Mom’s Celibacy.

For those that look at the reality of Single Mom’s Celibacy and say that, “She is the minority”..

Well, I challenge those individuals to look in the mirror.. because if you find yourself surrounded by single moms that do not practice celibacy..

It is more about what you attract then the statements I’m making here today..

I didn’t quite understand the value of my body as a child.

I grew up in a household where we didn’t talk much about sex..

or about not having sex for that fact..

by the time I found out the value of ones virginity, I had already given it up.

I’m not going to sit here and act like I had any regrets..

I mean you can’t really regret giving up something when you do not know it’s worth.. by the time I realized the worth of what I gave up.. I knew that regret would not bring back my virginity.

What I did know was that I had to teach my daughter something totally different then what I was taught.

Notice I said daughter.. yet I have two daughters.

See I started living a Single Mom’s Celibacy when my oldest daughter was 4 years old.

I learned my worth when I made a decision to answer the call of my Father.

The love I have for my daughter would not allow me to continue moving in ignorance, for I did not want her to live in ignorance.

Regardless of what everyone around me said.. you know..

“If you plan on finding a Daddy for that girl.. you have to give it up”

OR

“No man is going to deal with you not giving them some”.

I mean I was surrounded by ignorance.. Sometimes when you make a decision you have to cut off the ignorance around you.

A Single Mom’s Celibacy Journey is not always perfect.. at least not for me

See two years into my Celibate walk.. my step brother died in a car accident.. when I tell you that thing broke my heart.

Everything I thought I understood became confusing.

I no longer understood how to console my pain.

I no longer understood how I was supposed to walk through this valley and remain in truth with a single moms celibacy.

It simply didn’t make sense.

I reverted back to my old ways.

I reverted back to what I thought I understood.. what I thought I knew.

Praise God that He gave me Life in the mist of my sin, because God could have just as easily gave me death.

Through this pain,  I learned even more about the value of my celibacy.

I begin to realize how mixed up my spirit, emotions, thoughts became when I laid down with he who is not my husband.

I begin to understand the truth about premarital sex that many do not talk about.

I begin to understand the Spiritual side to that thing.

I begin to understand the unspoken code to a Single Mom’s Celibacy.

There Are Benefits To A Single Mom’s Celibacy

We rarely speak about the benefits of a Single Mom’s Celibacy.. we are really quick to talk about things that we can not have.

Ever notice how easy it is to focus on what you can not have.. yet if you simply focus on the benefits, you will find that what you are giving up is nothing compared to all that you are receiving.

While practicing Celibacy.. realize that you have clarity of mind.

I don’t know about you.. yet I love having the ability to be complete in my mind.

I enjoying being able to tell my thoughts from those of my enemy.

Watch how you value your worth, how much your children will value their worth.

The spirit of lust is not welcome in my home.. it tries to knock and I see it clearly.

My daughters know their worth.. yes there are still many conversations still left to have.. yet as I bring them up in the Word of God.. the Holy Spirit ministers to them daily.

I see the confidence and the value that they hold that I did not hold.

Now for my favorite benefit.. I enjoy spending time in the presence of God, my current husband.

There is nothing between us.

I’m in complete love and I’m completely loved.

I know the day will come when my God allows my husband on earth to find me and present me with an amazing life..

As a Network Marketer with 14 years of experience, I have been fooled by many amateur network marketers out here acting like Professional network marketers.

Now, I would love to sit here and tell you that I saw every single amateur up front and did not join them in business and end up losing my investment, yet that statement would be a lie.

The good news is after making several poor choices on who to join, I begin to see a common thread between amateurs and professionals.

After reading this information you will see an amateur after a few words are exchanged. Now some wonder why it matters rather the person sharing the opportunity is an amateur or a professional, they are starting their own business.. right?

Well, it matters.. it matters A LOT. See the person you join in your Network Marketing business can either help lead you straight to success or they can lead you in the direction opposite of success.

So working with a professional gives you a better chance of having success.

Now the first thing I noticed about amateurs in network marketing is that the first thing they tell you is they have a business that is better than white rice, and you must join.

You may say that all Network Marketers say those words. The issue here is that you haven’t asked them about starting a business. You really haven’t told them anything at all.

When this occurs slowly pull out your red flag and hold it close.

Now the Professional will gather some information prior to mentioning anything about their business.

See the professional understands that their business is not for everyone. The Professional realizes, they really do not want to work with everybody, therefore they need to kind of interview individuals to see they are a good match.

Another way to tell the amateur is by the way they listen and respond to your questions.

If the person is avoiding all your questions and if every response tells about something they have accomplished, pull out the red flag.

See a true Professional does not have to brag about their self every time you ask them a question. They simply answer your question with confidence, or inquire more about what YOU are looking to accomplish. Many amateur network marketers are so busy trying to convince you of all that they have accomplished that they avoid the questions. They also have poor training.

Professional network marketers will answer your questions and make sure you have enough information to make a  “RIGHT NOW” decision, because the professional understands that if you have all the information up front it will avoid problems on the back end.

Finally, look for third party references about the individual with whom you are speaking. Do some research and make sure that they are connected to individuals who can actually help guide you to success.

Make sure there is a team with the individual, and not just the individual working solo.

One thing I have learned from many years in this industry is that it takes a TEAM. I also realized that there is not an “I” in TEAM. As you search for a business to take your family FREEDOM, make sure that you are ignoring the amateurs and attaching yourself to a Professional.

I know.. I know.. as parents we start out with the feeling that we only have to be accountable to ourselves..

our boss..

our God..

yet the truth is we have to be accountable to our children as well.

Raising a child today is totally different then when we were growing up.

Our parents could get away with not having to be accountable to us.

Back in those days most adults were accountable..

and the few that were not..

well they didn’t really stand out.

Yet if you look at the world that we live in today..

you can see that the majority is not exactly what you would want your child mimicking.

Therefore we have to take different approach in how we parent. Parental accountability is a must today.

As a parent you know exactly what I’m talking about.

The first time I held myself accountable in front of my daughter, I felt like I was losing my mind.

Literally, I felt like I was wrong for even letting her feel like she had this kind of “Power”.

Yet, as I begin exhibiting parental accountability and explain to her my faults and my strengths, as I begin to explain to her why I did what I did, and why I was wrong.

I noticed a look in her eyes, that I had never seen before.

I noticed her shoulders kind of stand up a little higher.  I noticed a softness in her face, along with a relief.  I asked her what she was thinking.  Her response was:

It is good to know that you mess up sometimes too.  I also love you so much and I know it is okay to mess up sometimes as long as I can  talk about it by telling the truth.  I want to lie sometimes because you seemed so perfect and I didn’t want to disappoint you.

Once I noticed the response and the new found transparency come out of my child.. I knew parental accountability is the way to go.

You really don’t have to believe me.

All you have to do is give it a try.  See for yourself the response you get.

Deciding against Parental Accountability My Lead To Horrible Circumstances

Circumstances come with every decision.

See some circumstances are good.. and some are bad.. which do you prefer?

I prefer GOOD.. and what I have noticed is that the more parental accountability that I exhibit, the more obedient my children become.

Maybe it’s because they realize that it’s okay to mess up sometimes.

Maybe it’s because they see that unconditional love is given and received by everyone in the house.

Maybe it’s because they simply do not mess up as much because they aren’t constantly thinking about it.. (that is another post all together).

All I know is that as I humble myself.. and leave my pride outside, my children are obedient.

All you have to do is give it a try…

an HONEST try.
